Prep Notes

Great to use up excess produce and prolong its life.

Ingredients

  • 2 c green herbs (basil, coriander, rucolla...)
  • 2/3 c nuts (pine, walnuts, keshu...)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2/3 to 1 c olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced (optional)
  • 1/2 c Parmesan (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon into glass containers, keep refrigerated.
