Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water (or coconut water kefir)
  • 1 big handful mint leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 t ground ginger
  • stevia to taste

Directions

  1. Mash mint leaves to release the flavor (use a mortar and pestle, or just hands)
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy.
