Stir-fried Cabbage

  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil (I use coconut or olive)

Optional: some onion, garlic, bacon


  1. heat the oil in a large pan
  2. roughly chop the cabbage, add to pan, season with salt and pepper
  3. stir fry for couple of minutes to your preffered crunch or softness
  4. serve immediately, store leftovers in a refrigerator
