Sole [solay] is water fully saturated with salt. Adding sole to your first morning glass promotes hydration, mineral boost and energy balance.

Ingredients

  • glass jar with a non-metal lid
  • 4 parts filtered water 
  • 1 part good salt (such as Pink Himalayan salt)

Directions

  1. Fully dissolve salt in water. If all salt has dissolved add a little bit more until some crystals stay undissolved. This way you know your solution is fully saturated - the water cannot absorb any more salt.
  2. Store on the counter top indefinitely (salt is naturally disinfecting).


  1. In the morning add 1 tsp of sole to your first glass of water.
