Seaweed Salad with Ponzu sauce

  • fresh wakame or a mix of wakame and other fresh seaweed (we had also some slimy thin ones, not sure about the name), you could also reconstitute dried wakame
  • ponzu sauce (i still just buy one, though it's not very healthy thing, filled with sugars and preservatives, but we use it rarely, so it's fine for now)

  • cut up your wakame
  • drizzle with ponzu sauce to taste, that's it

If you want to make your own ponzu, check recipe by Namiko from JustOneCookbook here (on my list, after I find real fermented mirin)
