One Green Salad


  • 50% iceberg letucce
  • 50% baby leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber 
  • dressing of your choice or olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, optionally stevia or a sweetener of your choice


  1. vegetables - wash, peel if needed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. for olive-oil-vinegar dressing (3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,1 tbsp ACV (apple cider vinegar, raw, unfiltered if possible), 1/4 tsp or to taste sea salt, a turn of freshly ground black pepper
