Fast & simple breakfast alternative to cereals.

1 portion


  • 1/2 cup roasted coconut (recipe here)
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or kefir, coconut milk, nut milk...)
  • cinnamon or vanilla powder to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cranberry juice

Optional: add some berries, 1/2 banana, nuts and seeds, maca powder...


  1. Combine all in any order you like and drizzle with cranberry juice.
  2. Enjoy mixed or not for breakfast, snack, or when cravings strike.


My kids dislike the crunchy coconut, they prefer this smoother Chia Parfait.
