Mango-Banana-Kefir Green Smoothie for Kids

Yields

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup kefir

1 cup frozen mango

2 bananas

1 generous cup leafy greens (spinach & bok choi in pic)

1 tbs flax seed (milled)

Directions

  1. Blend all. 
  2. Enjoy through a thick straw.
