Liver Pâté


Prep Notes

Use cooked liver leftovers or cook fresh liver according to directions such as in this Liver with Onions.

Ingredients

  • about 300 g of cooked liver
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon (juiced)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with vegetable sticks or some bread.
