With this smoothie you won't feel hungry! It's full of nutrients and healthy fats to keep you full for hours. Add a little fruit for children or if you can't deal with the savory taste. Think 1/2 fruit per person, too much sugar, whether natural, sabotages the keto effect (body running on fat for energy rather than on sugars). A bit of stevia is another possibility.
