Homemade Almond Butter

Just crashed roasted almonds with a bit of salt.

Yields

2 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 cups roasted almonds
  • 1 t sea salt
  • high powered blender

Directions

  1. Place almonds and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a glass container and store in room temperature indefinitely.
