Well-Being for Moms



2 ripe avocados

2 tomatoes, medium size

1-2 garlic cloves, minced (or finely diced 1 T of onion if you prefer, or both)

1/2 lemon or lime, juiced

1/2 t salt

pinch of cayenne pepper


  • Mash avocado with a spoon or fork.
  • Add all remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, toast, or vegetable sticks.
