Grilled Okura (ladies' fingers)


  • lots of okura to fill a baking pan (30-40 pc)
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • salt to sprinkle


  1. preheat oven on 180°C
  2. spread okura straight on the pan or use baking sheet if you wish
  3. drizzle with olive oil
  4. sprinkle with salt
  5. bake until soft and tips going golden (30-40 minutes)
  6. enjoy warm (can last in the refrigerator for couple of days)
