Homemade Chocolate

1/2 cup cocoa butter (or coconut oil)

1/2 cup raw cocoa powder

2 T honey (or more to taste)

pinch of salt

optional: vanilla, orange flavor, almonds, raisins, shredded coconut...


  1. Melt cocoa butter in a double boiler.
  2. Add salt, honey and cocoa powder, stir or whisk until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Pour into forms, or on a plate lined with parchment paper (I did).
  4. Let cool, refrigerate or freeze.
