1 cup of chia gel


  • 4 tbsp chia seeds (1 part seeds to 4 parts water)
  • 1 cup of liquid (water, kefir, whey, nut milk...)


  1. Stir well and let sit overnight (or at least 15 minutes).
  2. Use in a healthier-than-cereals fast breakfast alternative such as this Chia Parfait or add to a smoothie.
