  • 1 cup of Chia Gel (recipe here)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • cinnamon or vanilla powder to taste
  • berries to top
  • splash of cranberry juice (unsweetened)

Optional: honey, other fruit, shredded coconut, maca powder...


  1. Put all ingredients on the table and let your kids assemble their own thing.
