Yields

2 cups of juice

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 big handfuls of leafy greens
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. clean the vegetables and juice them in a juicer
  2. add lemon juice and enjoy within 30 minutes (oxidation)

Notes

*Save the pulp to make a cake or cookies out of it. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for several days (a slight fermentation is not a problem).
