One ingredient recipe! Great sugarless, low-carb alternative to breakfast cereals. Or a snack when cravings and hunger strikes. You can eat fairly unlimited amounts, if you wish. But you'll probably get tired crunching!

Yes, you could just buy them already roasted, but you'll crunch the difference.

  • 1 pack (about 300 g unsweetened coconut flakes) or double the recipe


  1. Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250°F).
  2. Get a baking tray and spread the flakes on evenly (no greasing, no paper).
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
  4. Let cool completely. 
  5. Store in an airtight container.


Eat as is, or assemble into a fast, simple, healthy parfait
