Fast, simple, rather cooling (summer) breakfast alternative to cereals. Fits low-carb, no-sugar diets.

1 portion


  • 1/2 cup roasted coconut (recipe here)
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir (or a combination)
  • cinnamon or vanilla powder to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cranberry juice

Optional: add some berries or other fruit for topping, nuts and seeds, maca powder...


  1. Combine all in any sequence you like and drizzle with cranberry juice.
  2. Enjoy mixed or not. Breakfast, snack, cheat dinner, cravings...


My kids dislike the crunchy coconut so they have this Chia Parfait.
