Liver Pâté


Prep Notes

Use cooked liver leftovers or cook the liver according to directions such as in Basic Liver with Onions.

Ingredients

  • about 300g of cooked liver with onions (recipe here)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon (juiced)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Enjoy with vegetable sticks
