One ingredient recipe! Great sugarless, low-carb alternative to breakfast cereals. Or a snack when cravings and hunger strikes. You can eat fairly unlimited amounts, if you wish. But you'll probably get tired crunching!

Yes, you could just buy them, but you'll crunch the difference.

  • 1 pack (about 300 g unsweetened coconut flakes) or double it


  1. Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250°F).
  2. Get a baking tray and spread your coconuts on evenly (no greasing, no paper).
  3. Bake for 15 minutes (or more for more crunch).
  4. Store in an airtight container, after cooling completely.


Eat as is, or assemble into a fast, simple, healthy parfait
